  personality.     from a young age, she was bright, inquisitive, kind and soft - hearted, though with a more playful side that manifests in a wide - grinned snark as she teases without hesitation. she was always a happy child growing up, and after inheriting a portion of the power that came with being one of the daughters of the aspect of justice, by way of her mother’s sword descending from the sky, she could not find it within herself to remain as optimistic as before. her gifts were a curse that reminded herself of a mother who had never been there, a mother who had never shown an interest in being there. after her settlement was attacked, morgana finally embraced her powers and saw them as an opportunity to do good with them, as an opportunity to be a protector.as kind as she was, because of her inquisitive nature, she was also wary, watchful, always reading people quietly from the shadows to learn of their true intentions. her demeanor is relatively friendly, though again, she is not without a certain degree of sass in how she presents and carries herself. she is charismatic, and upon the surface, she appears warm and welcoming, and while those are true to her nature, she does not trust easily — she was always friendly, but not trusting ( still, she is more inclined to trust mortal - kind than others of divine origin ). it had always been that way since childhood, likely influenced by the abandonment by her mother, and her inability to easily trust evolved ( or rather, devolved ) into an inability to trust completely with her sister’s betrayal as kayle grew into a monstrous tyrant with no moral compass.it was always morgana who was the more morally aligned of the pair of them. the disparity between them grew into a greater divide day by day, especially after they inherited their powers of justice. morgana remained kind as ever, choosing to advocate for those who could not, or were not brave enough, to speak for themselves, advocating for those wrongly incriminated and wrongly imprisoned.she sought justice as it was truly meant to be with true righteousness, not the twisted vision of justice that her sister was creating in an increasingly radical and extremist mind. morgana was a fierce protector of justice and fought for the rights of those who had them wrongfully stripped away. she was kind and thoughtful — she would never turn away someone who was in need of her help. come time for kayle's final betrayal, morgana was left utterly heartbroken in her grief as her family was torn apart — her sister had forsaken her and her father was left dying in the war - torn earth in the aftermath of their battle. she was left with nothing. her heart darkened, but despite it all, she remained kind and soft, wandering the shadows of demacia, still offering her help to others where needed, and quietly gathered her forces in hopes that one day, there would be an uprising to bring kayle down.morgana has always been expressive and dramatic. she adores a flair for the dramatic and grand gestures, and even her words, whether she was speaking simply or joking or whining, were dramatic. she was always expressive in how she spoke, how she reacted, and her emotions were easily read, something that changed after kayle’s betrayal and her father's untimely demise. while she still is as dramatic as ever, as sassy as ever, as willing to joke as ever, everything is, more or less, simply just a surface act. she may truly feel something that she displays, but whoever is in her vicinity, especially if they have not yet gained her trust, will never be privy to anything deeper than what she allowed them to see. she no longer wears her heart on her sleeve, she no longer is the quickest to shed a tear. she has shed enough over her sister’s betrayal.

morgana is a wielder of seemingly dark magic, a misconception that many may have due to the appearance of her magic alone. to those she has killed, as punishment for their crimes against humanity as being unjust and corrupt, they may call her and her magic evil. she utilizes her magic to aid those in need, shielding them from harm, binding people in place for a short time for the sake of another’s safety.she is a powerful mage, a witch whose age pre - dates that of demacia. she weaponizes her own innate magic, a curse / gift of the aspect of justice, as well as the power from the darkness of the shadows, to put people to justice, as well as to save the lives of anyone who is need of her. she draws strength from the damage she deals with her spells — they fortify her, heal her. to those who truly incur the might of her wrath, they will be met with unbound wings, their chains being unleashed to instead hold her enemy prisoner with the might of her magic, and they will be met with agony.

passive, soul siphon. each spell cast that deals damage allows morgana to heal 20% of the damage done to champions, large minions, and large monsters.q, dark binding. she unleashes a dark sphere of magic that travels in a straight line, dealing magic damage and rooting the first enemy hit. it roots beginning for 2 seconds, scaling up to 3 at max rank. in game, this is a single target ability, but morgana, realistically, is capable of unleashing several dark bindings at a time (which was confirmed in mageseeker LET'S FUCKING GO)w, tormented shadow. a powerful spell is unleashed from above, creating an infected area beneath the target that deals magic damage over the duration of the spell. it continues to do more damage over time based on the target's missing health. tormented shadow triggers soul siphon and its cooldown is reduced 5% for as long as soul siphon is active.

e, black shield. a powerful shield that shields her target, or herself, for up to 5 seconds that blocks absorbs magic damage and prevents any crowd control effects while the shield remains unbroken.r, ultimate, soul shackles. after a 0.5 delay, she unleashes chains of energy, that appear to have come from her wings ( which are also now unbound and spread out in their full glory ), that latch onto nearby enemy champions within range of her ultimate. she gains true sight for 3 seconds, enemies are slowed by 20%, and she gains increasing movement speed as she walks towards enemy champions. at the end of its duration, enemies still within the area of effect are tethered by the chains for 1.5 seconds and dealing another burst of magic damage.
